Do you accept cash payments or out-of-pocket payments?
We accept payment via cash platforms like Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Initial Session Fee $225, Standard Visit $100.
Where are you located?
Visit our Tampa psychiatry office conveniently located at 400 North Tampa Street, near downtown Tampa's business district. Accessible by public transit with nearby parking options.
Where should I park?
We suggest parking in the building parking garage. The entrance to the parking garage is in between FedEx and Buddy Brew on N Tampa St., right before the turn onto W Kennedy.
Park on the 2nd floor (visitor's parking) in any of the empty spaces. Please make sure to bring your validation ticket with you, and we will validate your ticket upon your arrival at the building reception desk from 8:30AM - 5PM.
Go down to the 1st floor lobby area, and ask the reception desk personnel for access to the 15th floor.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans change and things happen. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
